Cayo Costa State Park

     One of our go to places for anchor is Pelican Bay at Cayo Costa State Park.  During the high season there can be 50-60+ boats on anchor in the bay.  However, in the summer there are times when we are alone or almost alone, just 2 or 3 other boats in the anchorage.  Air conditioning is almost a must this time of year.  It is a peaceful anchorage and feels more remote than it really is.
